This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 faiiing to register thc petitioner's complaint dated.29.09.2025 disclosing cognizable offei:.ces of unlawful house entry, assault, grievous hurt, and caste-based abuses committed by the police personr-rel of Banjara Hills Police Station as being iilegal, arbifrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 22 of the Constitution of India ancl contrary to the mandatory provisions of Section 154 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

3. Learned counsel for thc pctitioner submits that a complaint dated

29.09.2025 was submitted to the Assistant Comrnissioner of Police, Banjara Hills Division cornplaining against the Ms. Sandhya Reddy, S.I and three other police constables for unlawful cntry, assault, grievous hurt on

29.09.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that inspite of the complaint dated 29.09.2025 lodged by the petitioner, no action has been taken. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Home has placed the written instructions submitted by Sub-lnspector of Police, Banjara 2 Hills Police Station wherein it is submitted that thi: petitioner has not \ \ approached 4th and 5th respondents and have not given; ny complaint dated .-' .,.. .-*I

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ba';: rg on the complaint of the complainant F.I.R.No.817 of 2025 is registered, u,h reas the said police failed to consider thc complaint lodged by the petition'r on the same day against the said Ms. Sandhya Reddy, S.I of Police ar< other three police constables of Baniara Hills Police Station. It is further submitted that the complaint dated 29.09.2025 addressed to the Assistar Comrnissioner of Police, Banjara Hills lodged by the petitionei has alr rady been filed as Annexure P-1 in this writ petition and prayed this Court t rat the same may be considered as a complaint, since it is part of the record
