Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue of a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the Respondents in not releasrng the Pensionary Benefits of the Petitioner herein like Class - lV Final GPF amount of Rs.4,17,6181 vide GPF No.0210750438 from April, 2024 lo March,2025 as specified in Clause 3 (A) (3) in G.O Rt.No.1097 dated 2206.2000 with interest on Principal Amount of Rs.4,17,6181 from April, 2025 to till the date of payment as void, illegal, arbitrary and unconstitution a I and contrary to A.P. 2. Heard Sri R.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and lcarned Government Pleader for Services-lll for the respondents. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition t { has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23 138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present writ Petition also.

Havir: e regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alite in the order dated 03.O9.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petitjon is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payabie to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing i.r,hich, the entire amor-lnt with regard to retiral bene:fits shali carn' interest at the rate of 107o per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actualll' paid.
