2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State. Perused the record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there are several disputes in between the parties and the petitioners herein have filed the complaints of cheating against the unofficial respondents, which are pending in the same Court.
4. Since - the transactions are same in all the complaints hled by the petitioners herein and the unofficial respondents, according to the learned counsel for the petitioners, it is 2 desirable that the cases filed against one another shall be tried together.
5. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the attendance of petitioners herein is dispensed with, subject to the following conditions: i) Petitioners shall always be represented by their counsel on record. ii) They shall file an affidavit stating that in their absence, the proceedings conducted by the counsel will not be disputed by them in any manner and shall not dispute their identity also. iii) They sha1l appear before the learned Magistrate as and when their presence is required. In the event of the petitioners failure to appear when the Court directs, this order dispensing their attendance shall stand cancelled.
6. In vicu, of the above, these Criminal Petitions are clisposed ot. The cases are tried together in the event of j chargesheets being laid against these respondents.
