When the matter is taken up for hearing' learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, u'hich u'as disposed of uide order dated O3.O}.2O25, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. 4 The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side.
