2. Heard Sri Ch.Jagalnatha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner; iearned Government pleader for Services for the respondents. With their consent, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for tl-re petitioner submit that the ris raised in the present writ petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this court in W.P.No.23 138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide orcler dated \ l O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. 4 The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side. 2 "'*
