When these matters were taken up fbr consideration, Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that during the .pendency of these r,vrit petitions, the lnvestigating Officer, af,ter conducting investigation, filed charge sheet befbre the competent jurisdictional Magistrate. The learned Magistrate took cognizance of the same, and the case was numbered as C.C.No .699 of 2016 and the same is pending.
4. By virtue of the same, the cause in these writ petitions does not survive for adjudication. 2
