A consequential prayer is sought to direct the respondents to consider their representation dated

13.09.2023 which was sent through registered post on 14.09.2023 for issuance of patta passbooks in respect of their subject lands.

3. Heard Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

"! iilM .1,-'n{Xil*H 2 patta passbooks in respect of their lands by producing relevant documents and further submitted that appropriate steps would be taken subsr:quent to the filing of the applications by the petitioners.

This Oourt, having heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners to file online applications, for issuance of patta passbooks in respect of their lands. Upon filing the same, the respondent authorities are directed to take appropriate steps and pass orders strictly in accordance with law.
