Learned counsel for the petitioners subn-rits that the petitioners are members of the Ramleela Crackers Association, regrstered under the Andhra pradesh Societies Act, 200i, ar-rd have been conducting ct.acker stalls at the subject lald for the past 17 years with prior permissions from the concerned authorities. He submits that the petitioners had applied to respondent l,lo.2 for permission to set up sta-lls for the year 2025, but the sarne was denied through the impugned Merno datcd 25.09.2025 citing a sta/us qtLo order passed in W.p.No. 18162 of 2C24, filed by respondent No.6. He submits that despite a similar status quo, in the year 2024, this Court had permitted the petitioners to operate cracker stalrs subject to certain conditions. He submits that denial of permission in the year 2O2S is unjust ald causes rrreparabie hardship to the petitioners as thc crackers business is their prlmary source of livelihood. Fie further submits that the petitioners, tn compliance with tl-re directions of this Court uide order dated 10.10.2025, har.<: deposited the license fees for both the previous and current year l e Rs.20,OO0/- each with the Registry. 4 Learned Standing counser for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 denied the permission to the petitioners J due to the subsisting stalus quo csrder in W.P.No.lt 62 of 2024, and that the subject iald is under dispute. However respondent No.2 does not dispurte the petitioners' prior zrl otments or compliance u,ith conditions in earlier years. 5 Having considered the submissions of lee.r rred counsel for both sides and the facts on record, it is nor.:d that the petitioners were permitted to install cracker stalls irr ,he previous year (2024) by this Court despite the pendency of r)V.P.No.18162 of 2024, subject to deposit of license fee and corn tliance with safe ty norms; the petitioners have now compI e d with the payment of arrears and current license fee (Rs.20 , t O0 each) as per the direction of this Court dated l}.l}.2oit:j sought is for a limited duration of five days o r I the relief i.e., from
