JUSTICE JTIWADI SRIDEVI I.A.Nos.l and? of 2O24 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.13644 of 2024 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS by the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 4 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.3556 of 2019 on the file of VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4984, 324 rlw 34 of IPC.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos.l and 2 of 2024 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the ollences.
3. Vide order dated 26.12.2024, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court I I 2 for the State ofTelangana, Flyderabad, for identification and to submit a report.
4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legat Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 31.12.2024 and the same is placed on record.
5. In view of the above, I.A.Nos. I and 2 of 2024 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 4 in C.C.No.3556 of 2019 on the file of VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, are hereby quashed. 5. That the Respondent No. I shall also pay the minor daughter, Baby Hanvitha an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/_ which will be held as a fixed deposit.
