Ms.No. 81 dated 2210211997 while filing up of the posts of Lecturers in Degree College D L, Junior Lecturer J L, Post Graduate Teacher PGT and Trained Graduate Teachers TGT and the non-teaching posts such as Librarian, Physical Director etc., pursuant to the respective notification Nos 01/2023, O212O23, O312O23, 0412023, OS|2O23 and Ogl2O23 daled 0510412023 as illegal, arbitrary and thereby violating of Article 14 and 19 of Constitution of lndia and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent No 2 fill up all such posts taking into consideration the next meritorious candidate. lA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to interim stay of all further requirement proceedings pursuant to the respective notification Nos 01/2023, 0212023, 0312023, O412O23, OS|2O23 and 09/2023 dated OSlO4l2O23, pending disposal of the above Writ petition. 2. Heard the learned couns;el for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-ll appearing for respondent No.l and Sri Nayakwadi Ramesh, Iearned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3l745 of 2024 and batch dated 22.9.2025 and requested the Court to pass similar order in this writ petition also. The said submission is not seriously'disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents

In view of the above anrl following the order passed in w.P.No.31745 0f 2024 and batch dated 22.9.2025 and in terms thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2 respondent arrthorities to consicler the case of the petitioners by duly operating the Merit List downwards and fill up all the fallout vacancies pertaining to Notification Nos.1 to 5 and 9 of 2023 dated

5.4.2023 without carry forwarding the sarne to the next Notification. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
