When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31745 of 2024 and batch dated 22.9.2025 and requested the Court to pass similar order in this writ petition also. The said submission is not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
