Petitioner No. I is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.l.l0 guntas Sy.Nos.252 and 25113, situated at Burahanpuram Village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District. Petitioner No.2 is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.4.0250 guntas in Sy.Nos.25L12, 24911, 250, 25lll, situated at Burahanpuram Village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District. [n proof of the same, they have filed the copies of the latest pattadar passbooks and title deeds. They have submitted online applications bearing Nos.2100189668, dated 23.02.2021 and 2100189553, dated

02.03.2021 to respondent No.4 with a request to issue ,\ conversiorl proceedings converting the subject property from agricultural to non-agricultural. Despite receiving and acknorvledging the said applications, respondent No.4 did not act upor-l the same. Aggrieved by thc said inaction of respondent No.4, petitioners filed the present rvrit petition.

Therefbre, issuance of conversion proceedings as requested by the petitioners is not possible. The said written instructions are placed on record

5. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider and dispose of the online applications bearing Nos.2l001 89668, dated

23.02.2021 and 2100189553, dated 02.03 .2021 submitted by the petitioners with a request to issue conversion proceedings converting the subject property from agricultural to non- agricultural, strictly in accordance with law. If 'respondent No.4 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, he shall assign specif,tc reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate copy of the same to the petitioners. However, he shall complete the entire exercise within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
