Learned Senior Counsel for thc attention of this Court to the order dated 17.12.2024 rendered by iearned Drvision Bench of this Court in a batch of r,r,ri t petitions bearing W.p.Nos.3O7 T I o{ 2024 ald batch rvherein the aforesaid provisior-r was struck dolvn_ The matter was taken in appeal to the Supreme Court by the aggrieved Srate of Telangana. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners referred the interim order dated 1S.O 1.2025 passed in SLP (C).Nos.30706-30708 of 2024 wherein the Apex Court refused to sr.av the effect of the impugned order. 7. Prime facie, we find that the Hi Explanation (b) to Rule 8(ii) of the T Post Graduate (AYUSH) Courses' Rul the students who havc comPleted t the State of Telalgala from counselling' law.. 8. We are of t1're view that the operativc part of the impugned judgment and order does not have the etlbct of cxcluding tl-rc who have passed grh to 12rh stancla-rd from the State of Telangana and arc working with the Government of ",ra".|.r", Telangana from the process of counselling only on thc ground that they havc completed their MBBS outsirle the State ol Telangana. 7- lf the State desires to do something to facilitate counselling forthem,wedonotfindthattheimpugrredjudgmr:ntand order would come in the way' 8.
