Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.4-Tahsildar by issuing notice in Lr No.B/.1O2 12025, daLcd 29.09.2025 has grar.rted fiftcen (l 5) days time to the pclilioner to give explanation on thc aspect as to u'hl the assignment maclc b1' the petitior-rcr should not be cancellcd and the land be re sumed to Government as the same is in violation of the provisions of the Telangana assigned lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act,
