3. The facts of the case in brief as stated. are that petitioner submits that she belongs to sc Mala Community and is an agriculture coolie. It is the case of the petitioner that she entered intoleaseagreementwithoneD.NageshwarRaoand D.Laxmanna uide lease agreement dated 25.03-2023 and taken lease of agriculture land in sy.Nos.461/AA to an extent of Ac'8- 0Ogts.,anextentofAc.lO-O0gts',inSy'No'463lAAatJatprole Village, Pentlavelli Mandal, Nagarkurnool District' It is submitted that there are some civil disputes between the land owners and I 2 accuse,l persons in Cr.No.S of 2025, due to which the said o,ccuSerj persons are not allowing the petitioner to perform the agricul::ural operations and also hatched a plan to kill the petitiorLer and her family members. [n that regard, petitioner sent a comp,laint through RPAD to respondent Nos.4 to 6, however, the res condent authorities did not initiate any action against the accuserl persons. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a private complalnt before II Addl.District and Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar District and the said Court directed respondent No.6 to register the complaint and conduct investigation. After receiving the court order, respondent No.6 registered a case in Cr.No.8 of 2025 dated 22.02.2025 agatnst the accused persons. However, after registering the case, the respondent authorities have n<lt taken any action till date, Questioning the s€une, present writ petition is filed.
4. Tcrday when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, the petitioner has filed another writ petition for differenl cause of action in w.P.No.2 8079 of 2o2s dated
17.09.2')25 and this court has disposed of the writ petition with the following directions:- o6. Hauing considered the aboue facts and. cir<:umstance and wtthout expressing ang opinion on the merits of the case, this urit petition fs dz'sposed. of 3 directing the respondent authorities to complete the pending inuestigation in FIR No.776 of 202a, by following due procedure as contemplated under law ond fi\" appropriate report, as expeditiouslg 4s possible, before the concerned cottrt."
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner pray this Court to pass similar orders as passed in W.P.No.28O79 of 2025 dated 17 .o9.2025.
6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents did not dispute the same.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and in terms of orders passed in w.P.No.2BO7g of 2023 dated 17.o9.2O25, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to complete the pending investigation in cr.No.8 of 2025, by following due procedure as contemplated under law and file appropriate report, as expeditiously as possible, before the concerned court'
