Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home i ppearing for respondents/pohce would submit that the contest of the pt trtioners that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering with the civrl trsputes and rnsisting the petitioners to appear before them or /acate thetr agricultural landed property is unfounded and in ab:;r'nce of any substantiating material, this petition is liable to be dismiss: I 5 Learned counsel for respondent Nos.S to 7 wou ( submit that the respondent Nos.s to 7 are in possession of the lande<l lroperty and I 2 there is a civil dispute pending before the Agent of the Bhadradri- Kothagudem District and the rights and liabilities would be determined by the Court in that proceedings and any order confirming the right of the petitioners would have adverse impact and prejudice the interests of the respondents. 6. I have perused the materials on record.
7. Having regard to the contest that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering and insisting the petitioners either to appear before them or to vacate the agricultural lands are ex facie civil in nature and considering the limitations of the police authority in the civil matters even while investigating the crlme, directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to refrain from intefering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and others and shall not instst the petitioners for their presence or to vacate or intefere in any manner, save and except in strict accordance with law.
8. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
