SREENIVAS RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9599 o12022 ORDER: This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.201 of 2015 on the file of learned Il Additional Junior Civil Judge-curn-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Juvenile Court), Jangaon, wherein the petitioners were arrayed as accused Nos. I to 3 for the offbnces punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.Avinash Singh, leamed counsel representing Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, leatned counsel for petitioners submitted that during pendency of this criminal petition, the parties have settled the rnatter before the Lok Adalat in C.C.No.207 of 2015 and the Lok Adalat passed an award on 16.03.2024.

By virtue of the same, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.
