Counsel for the Petitioner : SRI NyAyA MITHRA LAW FIRM ABHTNAV MAHENDER REDDY KANDADI) Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 : Gp FOR HOME Counsel for the Respondent Nos.6 to g : _ The Court made the following ORDER ') THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KI'MAR WRIT PEf,ITION No.3O246 of 2O2S ORDER: This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in considering the petitioner's e-mail and postal complaints dated 23.09.2025 &26.09.2025 respectively to take action against respondent Nos.6 to 8 and their men, egents claiming through them for their illegal acts of committing organized continuous crimes, making attempt attempts of illegal encroachment by causing injury to make extortion and to grab petitioner's property pending civil suit in O.S.No.35 of 2018 in respect of land admeasuring Ac.O2-17.5 guntas IN Survey No.328 situated at Gajularamaram Village and Circle, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District (herein after referred as subject property) and pending investigation in Crime Nos.24O & 135 of 2023 of tleedimetla & Suraram Police Stations and to provide police protection to deprive petitioner's life, [berty and property.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5. 2

Learned Assistant Government pleader for lome placed a copy of instructions issued by Sub-Inspector of t olice, Suraram Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, ,vherein . it is submitted that the petitioner has sent complau Lt stating that respondent Nos.6 to 8 are making atterrL. rts to illegal encroachment and to grab his property pendi:r 3 civil suit in O.S.No.3S of 2018 in respect of subject pr,t rertSr pending investigation in Crime Nos.240 & 135 of 2023 o Jeedimetla & Suraram Police Stations. It is further submittec. that based on the above complaint, the respondent No.5 - I .H.O. of p.S. Suraram made GD entry and petition entry uid.e Ack. No. CYB/ SRRM_CYB/ 2Z O92S / O tl 1 t, dated 2t, .O9 .2025 and that the petitioner except sending complaint (peli ion) by speed . post, did not enclose any documents.
4. It is further submitted that for the purpose < f enquiry, the S.I. of Police called the petitioner. The petitiont: came to the Police Station on o5. ro.2o2s and reiterated the alt, gations made in his complaint, but did not produce €ury ( ocuments to substantiate his version. As such, the petitioner u,i .s informed to produce necessary documents and witnesses in s rpport of his uclaim. In reply, tJ e petitioner stated that he wo..: d come after few days along with evidence. As such, the er quiry on his complaint is pending. With regard to two FIRs re terred by the_ s. ) 3 petitioner urde F.I.R.Nos.24o & 135 of 2023 of Jeedimetla and suraram Police stations, F.I.R.No.240 0f 2023 0f Jeedimetla p.s. was transferred to suraram p.s. on point of jurisdiction and the same was registered as Crime No.322 of 2023. After completion of investigation, frnal report was fired before the jurisdictional court referring it as "civil in nature" and F.I.R.No.L3s of 2023, after completion of investigation frnal report was filed before the jurisdictional court referring it as "lack of erridence" and that respondent No.5 will take necessaqr action in accordalce wittt law on the petitioner's pending complaint dated 26.09.2025 as & when the petitioner produces evidence. 5' Learned Assistant Government preader for Home submitted that copies of notices sent to the petitioner / complainant dated 07.LO.2O25 in Crime Nos.322 & 135 of 2023 and copies of final reports in Crime Nos.322 of 2023, d.ated, 29.12.2023 e 135 of 2023, dated29.08.2023 fired on oL.ro.2o24 & 3r.10.2024 before the learned VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate _ cum _ Juvenile Court, Athvelli are placed along with instructions issued by S.I. of Police, Suraram police Station.

In that view of the matter, since the S.I. of police, Suraram P.S. filed the final reports in both the F.I.Rs, the petitioner may pursue remedies as available under law before the concerned \ i I 4 Court and as far as the pending complaint datr.r 26.O9.2O25 is concerned, the petitioner may furnish necessar r documentar5r erridence or other material in support of his c taim. If such material or document is furnished, the S.H.O. _ Suraram p.S. shall consider the complaint dated 26.09.2025 I rd appropriate action be taken stricfly in accordance with law.
