Aggrieved by the order dated 05.03.2005 ofthe 2nd respondent- Joint Collector cancelling his ORC dated 23.10.1999; and the subsequent order dated 03.06.201,'1, of the 1$ respondent-Commissioner rejecting to issue NOC in respect of the subject land, the petitioner filed.this writ petition.
