…RESPONDENTS Petitioner questions the orders of the Government in appointing the official PICs in place of non-official PICs to the concerned PACS under Section 32(7)(a) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that elections have already been conducted in respect of the Penumantra Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society and therefore, the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous and there survives no cause to be adjudicated.
