This Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SHAIKH MOHAMMED Rla /AN AKHTAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Sri Jithender Rao Veeramatla, Additionat Public Prosecutor on beha{f of the Respondent No.1, and of Sri Sri Naresh Verma, Advocate for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EAOA l.A.Nos.2 n 30 n 25 CRIMINAL PETITION No.1.28zsoF 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.232 ot 2025 on the file of tshadrachalam Town Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, registered for the offences under Sections 115(21, 296(b) and 126(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNS').
2. Heard Sri S.M. Rizwan Akhtar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.l-State and Sri B. Naresh Verma, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
3. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners- accused Nos.2 and 3 as well as respondent Nos.2 and 3 that during pendency of the present Criminal. Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to permit respondent Nos.2 and 3 to compound the offences and to compromise the matter. )\ \ 2 ETDJ Cd.P.i.lo. 12t75 of 2025
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the said oompromise petition.
5. Perused the affidavit filed by respondent No.3-victim in l.A.No.3 of 2O25, which discloses that he has willingly consented for comprornise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, vide .order, dated 06.10.2025, passed by this Court.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Commiftee for the Stat,e of Telangar-ra and the Secretary of the above said Committee has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 15.10.2025, stating that the parties were identified and they have wilfully and without any ibercion entered into compromise.
7. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2O2S are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.232 of 2025 on the file of Bhadra"t"t", Town Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, against the petitioners- 3 ETD.J C.l.P.No.l2t75 of2025 accused Nos.2 and 3 are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners_ accusqd Nos.2 and 3 paying an amount of Rs.5,000A (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services ,: C-ommittee, High Court fsr the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Director; Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the sarRe before the Registry.
