Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.6.l 150 guntas in Sy.Nos.243/31t, 243, St /21 t, 243/4, 48111 and 243/4/5, situated at Karnepally Village, Vemulapally Mandal, Nalgonda District. He has filed a copy oi latest passbook and title deed. On the representation submitted by respondent No.5 stating thar petitioner is in illegal occupation of Ac.0.2O guntas of lar.rd in Sv.No.51, situated at Kamepally Village, Vemulapalll, Mandal, the Sub_ Collector, Miryalaguda, has isslred norice clated 21.O8.2025 to the petitioner with a request to submrt all the documents within a period ol seven (07) days. petitioner has submitted all the documents on 25.O8.2025 along with the representation/ explanation. Even then, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are trying to interlere u,ith the possession of the petitioner at the instance of respondent No.5 without 2 follou'ing due procedure laid down under lara..
