2. Heard sri Shashidhar Guruvula, learned counsel for the petitioners and sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Governmr--nt Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents and perused the record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner had purchased the land to an extent of r\c.1.oo guntas in sy.No.sl/B and s2/g, Ac.o.2o guntas, Ar:.0.10 guntas, Ac.O.10 guntas out of Acs.3.oo guntas, total admeasuring Ac.2.ooguntas, situated at Bahadurguca village and Gram panchayath Shamshabad Mandal, Re:nga Reddy District, having acquired the same from their predecessor through a registered sale deed bearing do<:ument No.899 1 of 2oor , dated 26 . L2 .2oor . Page 3 of6 originally the subject lands belongs to one Smt-Lateefunnisa Begum and upon her demise, her successors have filed O.S.No.47BB of 2006 on the file of the learned VIII Junior civil Judge, city civil court, Hyderabad seeking succession. Accordingly, the said Suit was decreed in their favour on 10.11 .2006. As such, they were declared as true successors of Smt.Lateefunnisa Begum. Thereupon, the said successors have executed registered GPA in favour of third parties, from whom the subject land was purchased through registered sale deed.
4. white the things stood, the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District uide Lr.No.Al l196512000, dated 08.02.2006 addressed a letter to the Assistant Director s and LRS Ranga Reddy District stating that as per the endorsement of the collector Ranga Reddy District dated 26.12.2005 he is enclosing the list o[ occupants in the private lands of Bahdurguda Village and requested to prepare and issue pattedar passbookltitle deed to the Ryot for the patta lands and also requested to update the pahani Page 4 of6 as per the list enclosed and the same was also commurlicatecl to the District Collector Ranga Reddy District and th,: Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division. Thereafter, respondent No.4 uide L.NI.Bl 1604 l2Ol7, dated
23.O9.2(t17 has written to Sub-Registrar, Shamshabad directing respondent No.2 for cancellation of certain registereC sale deeds. Basing on the said letter, Sub- Registrar, Shamshabad has executed cancellation deeds stating that the land in Sy.Nos.28 and 62 were belonging to governm<:nt only and the same is nothing to do with the petitioners lands. The said act was done ',vithout any authority. and behind the back and without any right or title in favour cf the Government. In the counter filed by respondent No.4 in
5. W.P.No.3647B of 2017, it is stated that, it is true that Smt. Latee.iunnisa Begum was pattedar of said land and other lands. The lands to an extent of Acs.650.00 guntas in Sy.Nos.28 and 62 belongs to government as same are ceiling surplus lemds. Later, on 2O.O9.2O25, the pfficials of I Page 5 of6 respondent No.4 visited the subject property stating that the subject lands belong to government. Upon kno'*'ing the said fact, the petitioners approached the office of respondent No'4 and stated that only land in Sy.Nos.2B and 62 are classified as government land and the subject land is a private land and requested not to interfere and dispossess the petitioners from the subject property. But the respondent-authorities are taking steps to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land. The action of the respondent-authorities is highly arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice. Hence, the present writ petition'
6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that without following due procedure laid down under law, the respondent authorities will not take any action. Hence, seeks to pass appropriate orders' In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
