It is the case of the possessor of agricultural petltioner that he is the owner and lands admeasuring Ac.4.06 gts in Sy.No.70l 1A, Ac.4.O6 gts in Sy.No.70l 1AA, Ac.4.06 gts in Sy.No.70l tE, Ac.4.O5 gts ln Sy.No.70l 1Etr and Ac.4.O5 gts in Sy.No.7O/ lU, total admeasuring Ac.2O.2g gts situated at Kalojiwadi Village, Tadwai Mandal, Kamareddy District. It is stated that the petitioner hled W.p.No.49g6 of 2074 on the file of this Court - challenging thc mutalion procecdings in Case No.l.5/2151/2008 dated 2O.O4.'20 12 issued by thc respondent No.4 in respect of the subject land, nnd this Court granted an interir:t order dated

21.O2.2O14 suspending the said procccdings. It is furlirer stated that during the pendency of W.P.No.4986 of 2Ol4 and S.A. |1o.416 of 2023 on the hle of this Court, respondcnL No.5 issued the irrpugned notice No.B/79 12021 dated 28.10.2023. The grievance of tt.e petitioner is that even though he submittecl detailed expl,nation dated O1.11.2023 to the impugned notice dated 28.1O.2023, the respondent No.5 rn collusion with respondent No.6 is tling to cancel the petilioner's pattadar passbook in rcspect of lanc admeasuring Ac.6.36 gts in Sy.No.7O situated at Kalojiu'adi ReverLrle Village and mutate the namc of the respor-rdcnt No.6 and her son in the revenue records, u.ith a view to dispossess the petitioncr from the subject 1ands.
