LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.29952 of 2025 oRAL ORDER: Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4. 2 According to the petitioner, her patemal grandmother, namely, late Smt.Duppati Bhadramma was the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac'0'10 guntas Sy.No.389/2/ AAl2 and Acs.3.12 guntas in Sy'No'390/l/B/2' total land admeasuring Acs-3.22 guntas, situated at Nagineniprolu Revenue Village, Burgampahad Mandal' Blradradri - Kothagudem District. She has filed a suit in O.S.No.369 ol 2025 against respondent Nos'5 to l0 seeking partition and separate possession of the subject property' She has also flled an Interlocutory Application in the said suit seeking to restrain respondent Nos.5 to l0 from alienating the subject property and from changing the physical t-eatures of the subject property and the same is pending' i : I I I 2

During the pendency of the said srr r and the said Interlocutory Application, she has submitted I representation dated I 1.01 .2025 to respondent No.4 with i request not to entertain any documents submitted by resporrr ent Nos.5 to 10 in respect o[ the subject property. The same was not considercd. Thereforc, challenging the st id inaction of respondent No.4, petitioner filed the present w it petition.

4. As discussed supra, the suit ar I Interlocutory Application filed by the petitioner for parlit ln and sep:rate possession and not to alienate the subject prol) )rty are pending. During thc pendcncy of thc said suit and tte Interlocutory Application, thc petitioner can't subm ir representation
