Brief facts of the case as stated are that petitioner's younger brother G.Srinu aged about 48 years committed suicide in the early hours of 06.09.2025 due to continuous humiliation and insult from D.Venkateshwarlu, former Chairman, Yellandu and D.Prasad, to whom petitioner's brother had advanced a total J/MPYr I rr. I w(, \/IJ vUPlvD sum of Rs.1,oo,oo,0oo/- on various occasions. on the death of the pr:titioner's brother, petitioner along with other family members took the body of the deceased to the house of D.Venkateshwarlu to seek justice, trre respondent porice were also prr:sent at the spot. Responde,t No.s instead of registering FIR agiilnst accused persons and securing their presence, registere:d FIR in cr.No.3og of 2o2s dated 06.og.2025 against the family nrembers of the deceased. In this regard, petitioner has made rerrresentations dated ro.og.2o2s to respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5. Since no response is forthcoming, the present writ petition is filed. 4' Lea'ned Assistant Government pleader for Home has placed a copy ,f instructions issued by Sub_rnspector of police, Karepally Police station, Khammam commissionerate and would submit th.t on 06.o9.2025 at L2.Oo hours, Ms.G.Rama lodged a complaint stating that due to humiliation and insurt by accused persons, her husband committed suicide. Basing on the said complaint, respondent No.7 porice registered a case in FIR No'24o /2ors under section r oB read with 3(s) of BNS dated 06'o9'2025 and examined certain witnesses and recorded their statements. Thereafter, the Sub Inspector of porice addressed a letter to ACF', Khammam to forward the viscera of the deceased to .t Regibnal Forensic Science Laboratory, Khammam for 'examination and the Forensic Report/Expert Opinion report is awaited. It is submitted that once the report is received, the investigation of the above crime will be completed and appropriate report will be filed before the court concerned'
