Aocolding to the petitioners, their grandfatlter, ttantely, late Sri Kurva Bhovaiah (@ Rajula Bhovaiah was the absolute owner ernd possessor of- land admeasuring Acs.l I .37 guntas, out of total extent of Acs.l3.00 guutas, in Sy.68(r (New) (Sy.No.403 (old)), situated at Chattanpally Village, Farooqrragar Mandal, Mahabubnagar District (now Rangare:ddy District). Their grandfather executed a Will Deed

29.11.2(ll0 in I'avour of the petitioner in respect of the subject propert\/. Their grandfatl"rer died on 23.05.201 I . Therealter, petition,:rs have succeeded the subject property. They have submittr:d representations dated 02.06.2025, 21.04.2025 and

30.08.21)24 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 with a request to rnutate 2 their naule and issue pattadar passbook. The same was not considered. Therefore, they ltave filed a Writ Petition No.26505 of 2025. Vidc order dzrtecl 03.09.2025, this Court <lisposed of the said writ petition gratrting libcrty to the ;letitior-rers to subrnit onliue application to the Competent Authority along with all the relevatrt docurtrents, including the albresaid Will Deed, seeking ttrutation proccedings ancl fbr issuance of- e-pattadar passbook. Ort receipt o[' the said application, this Court directed the Cotnpetent Authority to consider and dispose it of in accordatlce with law

3. In the present writ affidavit, petitioner has ttot stated as to submissiou of online application to the Competent Authority in cornpliance with the order dated 03.09.2025 in W.P.No.26505 of 2025. They ltave subrnitted a representation dated 03.09.2025 to respondettt Nos.2 to 4 with a request to take action against respondetlt Nos.5 and 6 stating that they are illegally interfering with the possessiot"t of the petitioners over the subject property. According to thc pctitioner, respotldent 3 Nos.5 and 6 are land grabbers. The said representation was not consirlered. Therefore, challenging the said inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4, petitioners filed the present writ petttrcrn.

As discussed supra, in compliance with the aforesaid I I order dated 03.09.2025 in w.P.No.26505 of 2025, peritioners have to submit online application, along with all the relevant documents and the aforesaid will Deed, to the competent Authority with a request to issue mutation proceedings. But, the pelitioners can't submit a representation dated 03.09.2025 with a request to take action against respondent Nos.5 and 6 stating that they are illegally interfering with the possession of the petitioners over the subject property. petitioners can't file the pre:sent writ petition alleging non-consideration of the said representation dated 03.09.2025. Therefore, the petitioners are not entitled for any relief much less the relief sought in the present writ petition. 4 j-r? l:
