This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Thanneru Chaitanya Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners in Crl.Petition and l.A.No.1 of 2025 and Respondent No.2 to 4 in lA.No.2 ot 2025 and Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of the Respondent No.1 in Crl.Petition and l.A.Nos.'l and 2 of 2025 and of Sri G. Kiran Kumar, Advocate for the Respondent No.2 in Crl Petition and I A NO 1 ol 2025 and Petitioner in l.A.No.2 of 2025. The Court made the following: ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.1 and 2 ot 2O25 ini and CRIMINAL PETITION No.12769 ot 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C-C.No.4265 of 2024 on the file of lll Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at L.B.Nagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-4, 506 read with 34 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 .

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 o'f 2025 have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions. 2 ETD, J Crb_tm6_2025

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facfo complainant in l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana yrUe orders dated 26.09.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report lo that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 09.10.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings tn b C.No.4265 ot 2024 on the file of lll Additional Judicial lVlagistrate of First Class, at L,B.Nagar, registered against the 3 Cdp,tn€8 ETD.
