SWETCHA, AGp FOI REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.464 of 2022 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not mutating the name of the petitioners in the reventle records and not issuing pattadar passbooks in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.O2-OO gts of the petitioner No.1 and Ac.1-00 gts each of the petitioner Nos.2 to 5 in Sy'No.631 within the revenue village of Turkayamjal village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District despite making specific application dated 15.O9.2021 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. for the petitioners and Smt T. Swetcha, learned Assistant Government for Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. J Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have made application \ t 2 SK, J W.P.No.464 of 2022 \ dated 15.09.2021 for mutation of their names and for issualce of pattadar passbooks in respect t f their lands, no action has been taken by the respondents md requested to allow the writ petition by directing thr, respondents to lnutate their names in the revenue re( lrds and issue pattadar passbooks to them 4 . Learned Assistant Government ple : ier for Revenuc submits that the petitioners have not mac{ ary application through online as per the existing rules as )n that date and if the petitioners make lresh application 1l ,rough online as per the existing rules, the respondents r.ill consider the same and requested to pass appropriate o;- [er.

In view of the aforesaid submissior s, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ petiL on is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to rr ake appropriate application through online in ROR portal ir ) per the existing Rules under Telangana Bhu Bharathi (Rr::ord of Rights in : 3 SK, J W .P-No.464 of 2022 Land) Act, 2025 and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders as per law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
