The petitioners herein filed the present ,r rit petition to declare the action of the respondents in interfe 'ing with and trying to dispossess them from their lands, -admeasuring various extents in Survey Nos. 801, 802, 803, 106, 807, 813, 814, and 815, situated in Kothirampur Localitl, Karimnagar Revenue Mandal, Karimnagar District, for th: purpose of laying a 100-feet road at Sircilla Bypass Road rpposite Deer Park, despite the existence of a 33-feet roal and without issuing any notice or following due process of I rw, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural jr stice, and in violation of Articles 14, 21, and 300-A of the ,- onstitution of India; and consequently to direct the respor dents not to 2 dispossess the petitioners from the said lands without following due process of law.

3. Whereas, the learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue has produced the written instructions of respondent No.3, which have been placed on record. In paragraphs 3 and4 of the said instructions, it is stated as under:- "Further, it is to submit that, the Petitioners have mentioned at Para 12 of the Affidavit i.e., the Hon'ble High Court granted interim direction in IA No. I of 2023 in WP No. 3446 of 2023 on 07-02-2023 and Court order dated 02-02-2023 in W.P.No. 3030 of 2023 are pertains to the land admeasuring 484.00 sq.yards in Sy.No. 62213; (484.00 sq,yards) in Sy.No. 62213 (H.No. 8-6-K00040) and H.No. 84-308/NNt (Assessment No. I 102059525) admeasurin g 1452.00 sq.yrds, like wise fiom the land admeasuritg 71.11 sq.yards in Sy.No. 62214 and, Iands admeasuing 551.11 sq. yards in Sy.No. 62214 situated at Bye-Pass Road, Rampur locality, Karimnagar City and District. But, not in respect of the lands mentioned in the present writ petitioner's affrdavit. In view of the above, it to submit that, it seems that, the Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition with an imagination view, as no such requisition has been received from any of the State/Central Govemment Departments."

4. In the light of the aforesaid discussion, since the grievance of the petitioners is redressed, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
