According to the petitioner, his grandfather, namely, Sri Nareddy Ramaiah @ Dathaiah was the absolute owner and possess()r of land admeasuring Acs.3.04 guntas in Sy.No.l55, situated at Bandaraviryal Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Rangareddy District. After the death of his grandfather, petitioner's father and his patemal uncles have succeeded the subject property. Duly mentioning the details of the same, he has submitted a representation dated 24.12.2024 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 with a request to cancel the pattadar passbook issued in favour of respondent Nos.5 to 9 in respect of the subject property. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said represenlation, respondent Nos.2 to 4 did not act upon the same. t' i I i i I I I i t. I I l, I 2 Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has to submit an online application, along with a[[ the relevant documents, to the Competent Authority in terms of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Lands) Rules, 2025 (for short, 'the Rules, 2025') with a request to cancel the pattadar passbook issued in favour of respondent Nos.5 to 9 in respect of the subject properly. The Competent Authority wi[[ consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the said submission, notice to respondent Nos.5 to 9 is dispensed with. This Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit an online application, along with all the relevant documents, to the Competent Authority in terms of the Rules 2025 with a request to cancel the pattadar passbook issued in favour of respondent Nos.5 to 9 in respect of the subject property. On receipt of the same, the 3 competent Authority shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordzrnce with law. Nliscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
