Mannepalli, leamed counsel for the petitioner; Mr. G.Madhusudhan Reddy, leamed Standing Counsel fbr GHMC' appearing for respondent No 2; and perused the material on record' Leamed counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner 3. obtained the building permission through self certification vide Flle .- 2 BVR. J wp_2990t 2025 No.00 105 l/GHIvIC/0O37811NC2112025, dated 23.07.2U25 in respecr of the propertv bearing Plot No.99 North part, admeasuring 77.77 square yards in Sur,re), No.20412, situated at Madeenaguda Village, Serilingampally Vandal, Ranga Reddy District and he constructed building compri:,ing of Stilt for parking + 2 upper floors admeasuring

However, without proper verification, the irnpugned show causc nori,:e dated 17.09.2025 was issued to the petitioner, which is i. violation ol'principles of natural justice. As such, the petitioner rvas constrainccl to approach this Court.

4. Leamed Strnding Counsel for GHMC submitted that if any action is to be take^ aga ,st the petitioner, due process of law will be followed.

In the circ r.r mstances, without going into the merits of the case, this u,rit petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 not to interf'ere witl-r tht: construction undertaken by the petitioner without follou'ing due p*rcess of law. However, the petitioner is directed to subnrit replv to the show cause norice dated, 17.09.2025 within a period of scven (7) dair; from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
