5. Perused the affidavit filed by the de faclo complainant in l.A.No.4 of 2025, which discloses that she has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their re_spective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee, vide order, dated 26.09.2025, passed by this Court. 6 Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Cou( Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Committee has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated '16.10.2025, stating that the parties were identified and they have wilfully and without any coercion entered into compromtse

7. ln view of the above, LA.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.5224 of 2022 on the file of learned XV Additional Chief l\/etropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, against the petitioners-accused Nos.1,2,4 and 5 are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners- -7 L.ll)..
