Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that petitioncr No-1 claims to be the owners and possessors of House Plot No.405 in Sy- No.82 to 85 adrneasuring 262 \.Yards, situated at Nadargul village, Saroor Nagar Revenue, Mandal Ranga Reddy district, Telangana State, having acquircd the same from his vendor i.e., Sri.Sama Dattatreya, through sale decd bearing document No.5227 of 2f,25 dated 17.07.2025. It is further submittcci that the petitioner No.1 with an intention to sell the subject property have executed G.P.A clated 08.08.2025 in favour of petitioner No.2. The case of thc pctitioners is that respondent No.4 is obstructing the petitioners from selling the subject property. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filccl 2
