Learned counsel lor the petitioner subr, r ils that he has purchased the property in Extent I of A & I Blocks, lar-rd admeasuring 5OO Sq.yards in Sy.No. 135 pa..-2, situated at Goutham Nagar Layout, Edulanagulapall.y V .lge, under the City Municipal limits of Tellapur Municipzrlity, Ramachandrapuram Mandai, Sanga Reddy Dj ,;t rict, Telangana State and exccuted the sale deed on 23 t,)9.2025. The respondent No.6 refused to register the docum,,rrt presented for registration citing letter No.B/9363/2024 d t.tcd, 30.1O.2024 issued by respondent No.5-Ta_hsildar, Ramaclrandrapurarrr. It is submitted that basing on a simiLar refus r. order, a Writ Petition uide W.P.No.38 of 2025 has been filed by the petitioner therein arrd this Court uide order dated lO. )t.2025 has set aside the impugned letter dated 30.1O.2024, t t:refore, learned counsel requcsted to pass similar order in L: c present Writ Petition also. 3

4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration did not dispute the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.38 of 2025 dated 10.01 .2025.

In view of the above made submissions by both sides and lor the reasons alike in the order in W.P.No.38 of 2025 dated lO.OI.2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of by setting aside the refusal order No.38 12025 dated 24.09.2025 in furtherance of the impugned Letter No.B/9363/2O24 dated 3O.1O.2O24 and the respondent No.6 is directed to register and release the subject document in respect of subject property pending vide Document No.P-91 I /2025 dated 23.09.2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioner cornp\ring the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and Indian Stamp Act, 1899 It is made clear that I I mere registration of the document do not confer title on the subject property and it is a-lso made clear that this order would not have any bearing on all those matters where title/rights of 4 \--"r \' - 't the parties are pending before the auth'rrities either in revision/appeak; for adjudication and in an' other case this order also does not preclude the parties in 25s,:r'ting their rights before a competent Court of law' There sha-ll :': no order as to costs.
