The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on earlier occasion, this Court passed order 1n W.P.No.3309O of 2023 dated 06.12.2023 and directed the respondent authorities to register the documents presented /pending before the respondenl. authorities vvith regard to the same survey number ',vithout reflerence to the Notification dated 26.09.2O13. 1-he subject land 1n the present writ petition also pertains [o the sarne survey number and also similar letter issued by the respondent No.6 in Lr.No.E1/338'7 /2024, dated 03. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner lurther submits that there is a chequered history of Sy.Nr .14 situated at Maktha Mahabubpet Village, Serilingarr4raily Mandal, Ranga Reddv District. With regard to rhe entries of Sy.No.44 in revenue records, the orders pasr;r:d by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administratrcn in File No.P3/a56/2013, dated 29.O5.2Ot4 was s(t aside by this Court earlier in W.P.No.23574 of 2014, dated. lZ.OI.2Ol7 and granted liberty to the authorities to tal. e action as per the order passed by the Joint Collector in E',I/23O6/lggg on i9.01.20i3 and the Joint Collector in his order dated 19.01 20 13 directed the Deputy (lollector and Tahsildar, Serilingampally Maldal, Ranga R:rldy District to examine the records in respect of the subje ct lands and if he found any labricated materia_l produced r:.ating to fraud for issuance of suppiementary sethwar anri fe1 obtaining correction of revenue records, file comprehe rsive Civil Suit for declaration of titlc arrd for recovery ol possession in 3 SK,J W.P.No.29J tp of 2025 favour of Government in accordance with law. Aggrieved by the orders in W.P.No.23574 of 2014, dated 17.O1.2077, t]ne respondent authorities have filed W.A.No. 1499 of 20i8 and the same was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on 25.11.2024. In spite of that the respondents again showing the suit schedule property in the prohibited list and the same is contrary to the orders of this Court.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that this Court passed orders in W.P.No.33O9O of 2023, dated 06.12.2023 ald directed the registering authorities to register the lands without reference to the notification dated 26.O9.2013. The subject land in the present writ petition also pertains to same survey number and the letter of the respondent No.6 in Lr.No.E1/3387 12024, dated 03. lO.2024 is before the dismissal of W.A.No.1499 of 20la, dated 25.1I.2024. Basing on the letter dated 03.10.2024 issued by the respondent No.6, the respondent No.4 issued impugned Refusal Order No.224 of 2O25, dated O5.O7.2025 and the same has to be liable to be se t aside. 4 SK,J W.P.I{C .299tf of 2O2S

5. On the other hand, learned Assistarr'. Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration is no disputing the disposal of the W.P.No.3309O of 2023 da'cd 06.12.2023 and also the orders in W.P.No.235 Z4 of 2014, dated 17.OL.2017 and W.A.No. 149() of 2Ol8 dated 25.11.2024 and requested to parri appropriate orders.

Recording the above submission mace by iearned counsel on either side and without expressrrg any oplnlon on the merits of the case, this writ petitior is disposed of directing tkre Registering Authority to recei.'r:, register and release the subjcct document presented by the petitioners, without reference to the letter dated 03.10.2024 issued by the respondent No.6 and without reference 1l the impugned Refusal Order No.224 of 2025, dated 05.07 2025 issued by the respondent No.4, subject to the petiti raer complying with the provisions of the Indian Registratiorr Act, 1908 and Indian Stamps Act, 1899. It is also open to the Registering Authority to refuse to register the docum< r t if any other 5 SK,J W.P.No.2{9q3 of 2025 objection and communicate the said decision to the petitioners

7. It is also made clear that this order does not preclude the Government/District Collector to take appropriate steps as warranted by iaw and to assert its title. If any proceedings/suit/appeal pending between the executants of the document/Government or any other interested party, the registration of the document will be subject to the result of that proceedings/suit/appeal. No order as to costs.
