Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.6 in passing Lhe refusal order No.39 /2025 dated 24.09.2025 in furtherance of the lctter dated 30.lO.2024 uide Lr.No.Bl9363/2024 in respect of all the commercial south-west portion open land in Extent I of A and B Illocks, land admeasuring 500 Sq.yards (or 418.06 Square Meters out of 2OOO Sq.yards) 1n Sy.No.135 Part-2, situated at Goutham Nagar Layout, Edulanagulapally Village, under the city municipal iirnit.s of Tellapur Municipality,, Ram achandrapul'arn Malda,l, Sanga Reddy District, Telangana 2 State in the pr.hibitory list under Section 22 ,tr) of Registration Act, the petition.er filed the present Writ petitic -t.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sub.l its that he has purchased the property in Extent I of A €, B Blocks, land admeasuring 5i30 Sq.yards in Sy.No.135 prrt_2, situated at Goutham Nagar Layout, trdularagulapaily \ liage, under the City Municipat limits of Tellapur Municipality, Ramachandrapr-rra,n Manda-l, Sanga Reddy D s;trict, Telangana State and exe,:uted the sale deed on 2; .)9.2025. The respondent No.6, refused to register the docurr _:rt presented for registration citing letter No.B/9363/ 2024 a r _ed 30. 10.2024 issued by respondent No.S-Tahsitdar, Rarnacl r;rldrapuram. It is submitted that basing on a similar refus :,. order, a Writ Petition uide w.P.No-38 of 2025 has been filed Ly the petitioner therein arrd this Court uide order dated LO.,)|.2O2S has s.et aside the impugned letter dated 3O.1O.2O24, t r,:refore, learned counsel requested to pass similar order in .he present Writ Petition also.

4. On the other hand, learned Assista:rt Government Pleader for Stamps ald Registration did not dispute the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.38 of 2025 dated 1O.01 .2025.

5. In view of the above made submissions by both sides arrd for the reasons alike in the order in W.P.No.38 of 2025 dated

10.01.2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of by setting aside the refusal order No.39 /2025 dated 24.09.2025 in furtherance of the impugned Letter No.B/9363/2024 dated 3O.1O.2O24 and the respondent No .6 is directed to register and release the subject document in respect of subject propert5r pending vide Document No.P-913/2025 dated 23.O9.2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioner complying the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 19OB and Indian Stamp Act, 1899 It is made clear that mere registration of the document do not confer title on the subject property and it is also made clear that this order would t I not have any bearing on all those matters where title/rights of 4 the parties a-re pending before the autl,orities either in revision/appea-1s for adjudication and in an.- other case this order also does not preclude the parties in asr;:rrting their rights before a compet-ent Court of law.
