Further, in spite of lapse of more than four years, the respondent authorities have not filed counter denying the averments made by the petitioners in the writ affidavit. In view of the sarne, learned counsel requested this Court to allow the Writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh online application through the Bhu-Bharati Portal as per the Act, 2o2s and the Rules made thereunder and consequently to direct the respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4' '---fo, Learned Assistant Government Plead.er for Revenue appearing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that they have no objection if aJ the petitioner makes a fresh application as per existing Rules i.e. through the Bhu-Bharati portal under the Act, 2o2s and the Rules made the.eunder and upon such application, the respondent_ authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per existing Rules in accordance with law. In view of the sarne, learned Assistant Government Pleader requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

In vierv of the submissions made on either side, without going into merits of the case, this writ .petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application through the online Bhu-Bharati Porta] for mutation of entries in the revenue records as per the Act, 2o2s and the Rules made thereunder. on receipt of su<:h application, the respondent authorities are directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance 'with law.
