Petitioner herein is seeking a directiorr to resporrdent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representatiorr dated 08.09.2025 Llide thc aforesaid representation, petitioner sought a directiclt to resp:r-rdent Nos.2 to 4 not to entertain ally kind of registrations and mutation etc. Earlier she has filed a rvrit petitiorr vide W.P.No.26436 of 2025 to declare the inaction of responde'nt Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the representation submitterl by her.

[;ia'e order dated 03.09.2025, this Court disposed of the said rryrit petition granting liberty to the petitioner to submit online application along with all the relevant documents including joirrt statement in the form of sworn affidavit in 2 terms of 7(2) of Rules, 2025 to the Competent Authority with a request to issue succession and mutation proceedings. On receipt of the same, it is for the Competent ALrthority to consider and dispose of the sanrc irr zrccordance r,vith law.

Instead of pursuing the aforesaid order, petitioner has filed the present writ petition to declare the irraction ol respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the representation dated 08.09.2025 submittcd by her to not tcl enrertain any kind of registrations and not to mutate in the narne ol'third parties, land grabbers with anti-social elernents. She has not mentioned the details of the same. 'fherefbre, petitioner is not entitled for any relief much less the relief sought in the present writ petition and the same is liable to be disrnissed
