Ac.[.0350 guntas in Sv.No.2 l6142, Ac.1.0350 guntas in Sy'.No.2l6iAl, situatcd at Datharpalle Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal (previously Bhongir), Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District. Without going into the rnerits or demerits of the case, only on the said ground. thc irnpugned rejection ordcr of respondent rr-o.4 is hereby set aside and the matter is remanded back to rcspondent No.4 to consider the online applications ------- l bearing Nos.RC2400009444, RC2400009443, RC2400009442, RC240000944r.
