The challenge in the instant writ petition is to provide for certified copies of the order dated 15.02.1961 passed in Writ Petition No.547 of 1960 to the petitioner by tracing out the record:/' Lral ne,l Standing Counsel for the High Court of 4. However, in the event if the records / documents relating to Writ Petition No.547 of 1960 are traced out at a lhter point of time, the petitioner would be at liberty to apply for certified copy of the remaining original record afresh. 8 With these disposed of.
