Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and posscssor of land admeasuring Ac.0.31 guntas 1n Sy.Nos.274lAA and 275lAA, situated at Eliminedu Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the same, she has fited a copy of latest pattadar passbook. When the adjacent owners are disputing with regard to the boundaries of the subject property, petitioner has filed FJine application bearing No.D8R022501184219, dated 29.05.2025, with a request to conduct sub-division survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing the boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-Line application, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 2

Mr. L.Ravinder, leamed Assistant Covernment Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.4 will consider the said F-line application submitted by the petitioner and conduct sub-division survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing the bounrlaries, strictly in accordance with law

Vide order dated 23.08.2022 in W.P.N o.32785 of 2022, this Court on cons;ideration of thc circulars issued bv the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) with regard to conducting sub-division survey, directed the Survey Authorities to conduct sub-division survey. The 1is involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid order.

In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: i) Ilespondent No.4 is directed to take up the F-line application bearing No.DER02250 1184219, dated 29.05.2025 submitted by the peritioner for conducting sub- division survey and demarcation by fixing the boundaries of the subfect property i.e., land admeasuring Ac.0.31 guntas in Sy.Nos.2i'4lAA and 275lAA, situated at Eliminedu Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District; 7 3 ii) ln case, if he is of the view that sub-division of survey numbers is required to be done and any further fees is required to be paid by the petitioner in terms of the circulars referred in the aloresaid order in W.P.No.32785 of 2022,the same shall be intimated to the petitioner and on receipt of such intimation from him, the petitioner shall pay such fees as may be required by respondent No-4; iii) On such payment of fees by the petitioner, he shall take further steps for taking up the survey as requested by the petitioner and conclude the same in accordance with law by putting all the concerned persons including the neighbours of the subject propefiies on notice; and iv) The entire exercise, as directed above, shall be completed within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
