This Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Co-;1 to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused l'lr s 1 to 6 in C.C.No.10024 of 2022, on the file of the learned XV rdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad, r: listered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4 and 5() i of l P C and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act' lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petr ioners/accused

Nos l to 6 as well as the learned counset for resp I ldent No'2 that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition t re parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l A Nos 3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed to compound the offences and to re'; rrd compromise between both the Parties. a .J The learned Additional Public Prosecutor I : s ooposed the compromise petitions.

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the responde' t No'2 and the petitionersinl.A.Nos.3&4o'(2O2Swhichdisclosexthattheyhave willingly consented for compromise. Since the partie s were willing to 2 Crlp 12664 1025 enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vlde orders dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Court. Thereafter, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 06.1 0.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed.
