2. Heard Sri Kowtur Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H. Rakesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Revefrue for respondent Nos. L to 4. Perused the material available on record. ,f Ev%J tlP.No.37 OF 2022

3. Lezrned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the Po1icy of the state Government's Schedule casts families are entitled to certain benefits. In 2oL7, the petitionor was successful in a lottery draw for the allotmerrt of Ac.3.oo of land. However, no further action has beere taken to finalize tt:,e allotment despite repeated. represen.tations, including the latest representation dated 22.LL.2ct21. It is submitted that respondent No.2 failed to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representations, and this; inaction is arbitrar5r, illegal, and against the principles of natural justice. The petitioner was left with no choice brrt to approach the court due to lack of response frorn thr: authorities. It is further submitted that the reason n.ow being cited is that the petitioner,s husband was draviring a pension at the time and is not valid, and despite bringing this to the notice of respond.ent No.2, no steps were taken.

4. Leanned counsel for the petitioner further submits that a c<>nsistent effort made by the petitioner has not been adcressed by the respondents. The petitioner submittect a complaint dated 2l.06.2012 to the Assistant commissioner of Police, Khammam. However, no action I I I I I t EvrlJ WP.NaiT OF 2022 was taken on the said compraint, except that the Assistant commissioner, upon being approached, directed the petitioner to approach the District Scheduled Castes corporation. Accordingry, the petitioner approached the Schedule castes corporation who forwarded the petitioner's letter dated ls.or.2olz to the respondent No.4, requesting to take appropriate action.

Learned counsel further submits that despite the letter addressed to respond.ent No.4, no action has been taken- Hence, he prays the court to aflow the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner. \ \ 6- on the other hand, the rearned. Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Revenue submits that the petitioner's grievance, as stated in the letter dated l5-o7.2017, pertains to an issue that is fo,r years ord. The petitioner ought to have approached the appropriate authorities within a reasonable time. He also submitted tl.at the petitioner has not made any proper application, in support of the relief sought for in the writ petition. ( ( EVVt ,YP.Na37 OF 2022

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader and upon perusing the mat€,rial papers, this Court deems it appropriate to grant thr: opportuni$r to the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents. On such application, respondents shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders, i.n accordance . with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (O3) months from the ,late of copy of this order. a.
