The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that this writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents, more particularly, respondent Nos.2 and 3 in acting on the letter dated 07 .O7 .2025 addressed b)'the respondent No.4/Station House Officer, Ghatkesar, in not entertaining any docutnent for registration ir-r. the respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac. 17.LB guntas in Sy.Nos.54, 55, 58, 67, 81, 68, 57 , 82 and 4!, situated at Edulabad Village, /' .l 516J WP No.29653 of 2025 Ghatkesar Mandal' Medchal-Malkajgiri (hereinafterreferredtoas.srrbjectproperty)andthesaid District actionisarbitraryandillegalandsoughtad'irectionto the respondent No'3 to process the docurnents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject lronertV' 3 On the other hand' the learned Assistant Government Pleder for StamPs and Registration basing the counter written instructions issued by the Sub-Registrar, Ghatkesar ln Lr.No.28O 12025' datedlo.lL.2o2Swouldsubmitthatthepetitioners without presenting the document approached this Court' Ifthepetitionerspresentsthedocumenttheywillprocess same. If the petitioners presents the documents for registration they w,r process the same if they are in accordance with the Registration Act, 19Og and Stamps Act, I ggg and requested to pass appropriate orders. l -\ 4 In view of the submissions made by both sides, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to Petitioners to present the documents before the registering authority for registration in respect of the subject property. After presenting the same, the registering a-uthority is directed to process the s€une, subject to the petitioners comprying with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 190g, and India, stamps Act, 1899' ' If any other objections, it is also open to the Registering Authority to refuse to register the documents by specifically assigning the reasons and communicate / SI(,J WP No.29653 of 2025 the said decision to the petitioners.
