The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in not depositing the compensation amount to the petitioners as per judgment and decree in O.P.Nos. l5 and 12 of 2Ol2 dated 17.04.2012 and E.P.Nos.358 and 367 of 2025 on the file ol the Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy and a consequential prayer w'as sought to direct the respondent authorities to deposit the decreetal amounts to the credit of the E.Ps.

3. Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar \- \ 2 circumstance this Court in W.P.No.12837 of 2023 dated '
