The pr:titioners are aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in not depositing the compensation amount to the petitioners as per judgment and decree in O.P.Nos.43O cf 2012,83, 8 of 2OI3; 443 of 2Ol2;84,7, 1O,6, 5, 9 of 2Ol3; 4i24,418 of 2Ol2;80, 78 of 2Ol3; 4I7, 435, 436 of r^l 2Ol2; 79, 68 of 2Ol3; 419 of 2Ol2; 70 of 2Ol3; 421, 423 and 431 of 2Ol2,lated 23.04.2014 and E.P.Nos.1O1, lO7, 108, 110, 122, 123, r24, 125, 126, L27,129,245,249,251,257,265, 266, 351,37i2,381, 393 of 2024;298,299 and 318 of 2025 on the file of lhe Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy and a consequential prayer was sought to direct the respondent I I I t, I 2 authorities to deposit the decreetal amounts to the credit of the E.Ps.

3. Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstance this Court in W.P.No.12837 of 2023 dated

28.O4.2O23, passed the following order:- *S.Hauing regard to the same, the Writ petition ls disposed of and respondent No.S is directed to deposit the decretal amount in terms of the order and decree, dated 30.03.2011, passed in O.P.No.65 of 2OO9 bg the Senior Ciuil Judge, Gadwal, to the credit of E.P.No.S of 2023 in O.P.No.65 of 2009 on the file of Senior Ciuil Judge, Gadwa\ as expeditiously as possible, at ang rate within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copg of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further pray this Court to pass similar orders as passed in W.P.No. 12837 of 2023 dated

28.O4.2023'.

5. Learned counsel appearing for respondents did not dispute the same.
