Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for respondent No.1, learned Assistant Government for Finance and Planning appearing for respondent No.2 and Mr.Somu srinivas Reddy, learned Assistant Government pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5. with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal a-t the admission stage itself.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the responder Lt authorities in not depositing the compensation amount to the petitioners as per judgment and decree in O.P.Nos.slJ, 63, 176,59,60,61, lZl, lZO, lTZ,l7g, l7g, LTl, 168, 109 and 113 of 2ot3 dated 03.06.2013 and E.p.Nos.141, 144, 146, 212, 224, 228, 239, 244, 269,350, 3g1 0f 2024; 2gO, 334,351 and 355 of 2o2s on the file of the Senior civil Judge ar wanaparthy and a consequential prayer \.,as sought to direct the respondent authorities to deposit the decreetal amounts to the credit of th,: E.Ps. 2

3. Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstance this Court in W.P.No.12837 of 2023 dated

28.O4.2023, passed the following order:- "S.Hauing regard to the same, the Writ petition is disposed of and respondent No.S is directed to deposit the decretal amount in terms of ttrc order and decree, dated 30.03.2071, passed in O.P.No.65 of 2OO9 bg the Senior Ciuil Judge, Gadwa| to the credit of E.P.No.S of 2023 in O.P.No.65 of 2OO9 on the file of Senior Ciuil Judge, Gadwal, as expeditiouslg as possible, at ang rate within a period of four (4) month.s from the date of receipt of a copy of this orde-r. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further pray this Court to pass similar orders as passed in W.P.No. 12837 of 2023 dated

5. Learned counsel appearing for respondents did not dispute the same.

Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side and in terms of order passed by this Court in W.P.No. L2837 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to deposit the enhanced compensation in terms of the order and decree, passedin O.P.Nos.58, 63, 176,59, 60, 61, 17l, L7O, 177, ?
