The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 498-4, 323, 5O4 rlw.34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act

2. On the basis of the complaint of the 2"d respondent, crime was registered against these petitioners who are husband and relatives , I of the 2"a respondent. In the complaint, the allegation of demand of I I additional dowry of Rs.5 lakhs, was made.
