With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the - respondent authorities in not depositing the compensation -'9 , amount to the petitioners as per judgment and decree in j O.P.No..225, 23t, 246, 25O, 24r, 22g, 24O, 243, 244, 226 and 247 of 20 13 and E.P.Nos. l9O, 194, 195, 198, 2OO, 2O2, 229, 231,232of 2024;211,29O,390,32O and 335 of 2025 onthelile of the Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy ald a consequential prayer was sought to direct the respondent authorities to deposit the decreetal amounts to the credit of the E.Ps.

3. Todav s,hen the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned cournsel lor ttre petitioner submits that in similar 2 circumstance this Court in W.P.No.12837 cf 2023 dated

28.O4.2023, passed the following order:- "S.Hauing regard to the same, the Wit petition is disposed of and respondent.f[o.5 is direct<t,l to deposit the decretal omount in term,s of the order ' tnd decree, dated 30.03.2011, passed tn O.P.No.65 of '.OO9 bg tlrc Senior Ciuil Judge, Gadwal, to the credit of E.P.No.S of 2023 in O.P.No.65 of 2OO9 on the file of ienior Ciuil Judge, Gadwal, as expeditiouslg as possi tLe, at ang rate uithin a period of four (4) months fronr the date of receipt of a copg of thts order. There shall bc to order as fo costs. "
